Who we are. ConceptSF Media Inc. ("Concept", "we", "us"), 100 Pine St., Suite 1250, San Francisco, CA 94111. Contact: [email protected].
What this policy covers. scaling.conceptsf.com, where we sell a self-paced online training course about advertising on Meta platforms. The course itself is delivered through our course platform, Kajabi, at course.conceptsf.com.
We keep one contact record per email address. If you have already given us your email, for example in an application to one of our programs, your purchase is added to that same record.
Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.
To process your payment, create and deliver your course access, send your receipt and account emails, provide support, measure and improve our advertising, keep the site secure, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Marketing email. If you buy, we may email you about related Concept programs. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect emails about your course access.
We share personal data only with the providers listed above, to run this site and deliver what you bought, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some US state privacy laws, such as California's. To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject "Do not share". You can also limit ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.
Order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Contact records and course accounts until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing email, by writing to [email protected]. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the additional rights those laws provide, and we will not treat you differently for using them. Residents of the EU and UK can also object to processing and lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
Payments run on Stripe's systems, and access to contact records is limited to our team. We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
This site and the course are not directed at anyone under 18.
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
